OVERVIEW
 
Vent-Axia direct drive axial panel fans are based on an integrated impeller and internal rotor motor design which produces a very compact unit. Together with a specially designed bellmouth inlet and mounting plate, the complete fan is both lightweight and ensures an excellent performance to sound level ratio. The mounting plate is formed from sheet metal protected with an industrial epoxy finish.
 
FEATURES
 
IMPELLERS
Moulded in glass filled polyamide for resistance to outdoor conditions and abrasive airflow.
 
AXIAL MOTORS
The internal rotor motors are purpose designed and styled for this range of fans. Ball bearings are greased for life and allow the fans to be installed at any angle. Motors are protected against dust and water-jets. They have ribbed aluminum body castings for efficient cooling. Motor insulation is Class ‘F’ (from -40°F to 155°F).
 
ELECTRICAL
Single phase 120V 60Hz. Capacitor start and run. A terminal box is supplied with all models. All motors are fitted with Standard Thermal Overload Protection (S.T.O.P).
 
TERMINAL BOX
Protected against dust and water jets from any angle allowing outside applications.
  
ACCESSORIES
 
 LOUVER SHUTTER
 
A range of five sizes for wall mounting. Square opening behind a square frame for maximum free area. The frame is manufactured from high impact polystyrene and the louvers from P.V.C.
All components are UV stabilized. Colour: Light gray.
